Just wondering when I can expect to receive my final bill?
I migrated to a new supplier on Monday 17th December and I see that my account has now been closed but I can still log in with limited access.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

It will depend on whether your account is "stuck" in the billing system. I have an account that was closed on 17th October, and I'm still waiting for the final bill to be generated so that Plusnet can refund the money they owe me. Others are in similar situations. You may have quite a wait...

After reading about many issues that others on the forum are having, I'm pleased to report that I have got my final bill/invoice. It is also correct.
Now to see if I get my refund.
