Final Bill payment/refund
Hoping someone can help. My broadband and telephone line ceased with Plusnet on 05 May. I was out of contract. I was expecting a bill around 20th of May showing either refund or payment due, but have received nothing from Plusnet. I am able to log in to my account - though it's restricted due to leaving Plusnet and the last bill was my usual bill back in April. Can someone advise me on how to get a final bill - I'm expecting them to just take payment via D/D as this is still active but would still like to have a value........... Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
