Final Bill after moving from Plusnet to JL

Hello,

I moved from Plusnet to John Lewis on 20th November. I've received a bill for services up to and including 4th December. This was taken from my account on the 11th of December.

When can I expect a refund of the excess charges back to my account? 

 

( I did send a message asking about the procedure for the final bill, but have received no response, hence my posting on the Forum )

I am sorry to hear that you have not yet received your final bill and that further payment has been taken from your account.

I have raised this to our Billing department to investigate and an update provided shortly via the ticket on your account here

Just had an Email from support. The cheques in the post 🙂

Seriously though, I've had great service from Plusnet during the time that I've been with them. As I'm now with John Lewis which is to all extents and purposes Plusnet, I'm still with them in spirit. I'll probably be back as a " new " customer when my JL Broadband contract finishes in a years time 🙂
