I'm leaving Plusnet soon at the end of my minimum contract period.
I will need 2 or 3 days of Plusnet service out of contract before the switch happens.
Will I only be billed for those days or a whole month?
I also have a call plan which I believe is a 1 month rolling contract, would this need to be cancelled manually before the end of my main contract period? (i.e. I wouldn't have it for the 2 or 3 days whilst waiting to switch).
The way it works is that you will be charged for the whole month then a few weeks after your service transfers the final bill will be calculated and a pro rata refund paid back in to your account, so don’t cancel your direct debit until it is all settled up.
