Following Plusnets unwillingness to offer existing customers a better deal for re contracting, I decided to leave for pastures new for my broadband, landline and mobile, the move was completed on 13 June.
As a result I cancelled my direct debit with the intention of paying any money owed by card once a final bill was issued. As yet I have not received a final bill but am getting emails telling me I owe £41 for 3 days of service from 10 - 13 June.
If somebody from Plusnet can take a look at my account and get me a final bill, I will get it paid without delay. I have been trying to use the online chat service but whenever I am free there is never anyone available.
