Hi everyone
I'm just wondering if someone can check whether I'm going to receive a final bill or not.
I received my last bill on the 7th November, paid it on the 14th November and left Plusnet on the 21st of November.
Thought I might be due a refund and as the 7th is usually my billing date I was expecting to receive my final bill on the 7th of December.
My account section says it's closing down so has little to no information left for me to view.

@kml123 Your final bill should be issued within 21 days of leaving Plusnet, and should detail any under- or over-payment.
