Final Bill. Can't download I and it's been paid... 2 days in the future!!

I have had my final bill which I want to download but it says I can't as the account is closing.  Closing or not, I should be able to get a bill for a payment that is being made!  What's really odd, it says it's been paid, on the 29 December! how, its only the 27th today!

"Your last bill on 27th December 2025 for£9.38was paid on29th December 2025"

 

how do I get a copy of this final bill please?

If it has been 20 days since cancellation, you can give our team a call on 0330 1239 123 and they can arrange to send you a copy since you cannot get it online.

@Starb7 it’s possibly a (badly worded) message telling you the payment’s due to come out tomorrow. But thanks for flagging, if you PM me your username I’ll take a look.

p.s. the lack of e-tickets (that you have cancelled) and having to use a public forum for this type of help, is one reason I am leaving PN.  You're supposed to be a 'comms' company but then drop direct support!  Why? (rhetorical question)

I paid Plusnet by Direct Debit the monthly fee of £22.49 on Dec 9th  I was transferred to Greenby on December 12th. Plus net do not communicate.  Is it safe to cancel the Direct Debit , and reply on the start of the 2 years free with Greenby. Is a refund due from Plus net of a balance?

@Peter73  What are you talking about, the migration to Greenby is just for email, you are still a Plusnet Broadband customer.

You will still be paying them for your Broadband connection, you do not get 2 years free Broadband from Greenby, just email so there will be no refund at all from anyone.

Peter, rather than hyjack my post/thread - I'd suggest you start as new one as this is making it confusing who is responing to whom.
