Fibre upgrade: Will my discount still apply?

Fibre has now arrived at my cabinet. At the moment I get a £6.50 discount per month (code mayoffer14) as well as referral discounts. If I upgrade to a fibre broadband package will these discounts still apply?

Also, I've asked before but just to double check, are Plusnet still suppling Openreach modems?

they are - or at least the BT installer will / should bring one
