I am migrating from BT Infinity 2 to Unlimited Fibre Extra.
Plusnet have send me (via sms) a request for a MAC code.
My understanding is that fibre to fibre transfers do not need/use MAC codes.
Will the progress of my order be delayed waiting for a MAC code is isn't needed, wanted, or available?

Hi Daedulus.
A MAC code would still be necessary under this circumstance. Most of the time, this would be the case as long as somebody from the BT network is providing broadband on your line. Sorry for the confusion.
