Fibre/phone deal in Members center?

Anyone know a quick way to find the page that shows you what deal you are on and how long is left?
I've viewed the page before. It shows when you signed up to plusnet, what the discount is and how long it's for...but for the life of me I can't find it!!!

Thanks but I've seen that one...still looking for the other one...it was more like a bill set out if I remember correctly.
