Fibre/phone bill incorrect

Good morning, I am writing here as don't have the time to be on hold for half an hour on phone.
Could someone please look into my fibre/ phone bill which is £31. I paid a month in advance end of June but fibre was not connected until 14th July and I was informed this would be reduced from next bill but it has not been.

It looks like it did create a pro-rata discount for the time difference in the services activating, however there appears to have been some confusion around when this would come off your bill, as it joins the queue of discounts already in place for the signup offer.

 

I'd be happy to refund the amount and cancel the discount once your current invoice clears though.
