Fibre order

Hi there
We recently opted to upgrade to fibre optic broadband with you and a support ticket thing has come up saying

[internal note] No response from BT regarding customer's order. Please check account and confirm order status, then inform customer.

We aren't in any particular rush to get fibre optic but we could do with knowing if the date that the engineer was meant to be coming out will stay the same or not?

Hi Jo,
Welcome to the forums.  PlusNet's Digital Care Team (DCT) do not work weekends, so you are unlikely to get a response here before Monday morning.
You might therefore want to consider phoning the support desk.
