Fibre confirmation

Hi,
On the 25th September I placed an order for an upgrade to fibre with an engineer appointment date of Thursday 2nd October PM.
I haven't yet received any confirmation of this appointment and don't want to be waiting in if no one is coming.
Could you check this appointment for me please?

Also, for the router I ordered with fibre it still has the status

Engineer arrived and installed modem.
Plusnet profile is still set to my previous ADSL2 speed.
Could someone please update the speed?

Download tests are still showing old speeds, should I restart the modem now?
