Fibre broadband WITHOUT line rental

My parents have a Force9 account, with broadband only. They don’t pay line rental to PlusNet - they have line rental through a different company.

Now that they have fFTTC available they want to upgrade, but going through the member portal it seems that the only options are for broadband and line rental packages. However, they don’t want to change line rental provider.

Is it possible to have fibre broadband only with a Force9 account?

Simple answer - not through Plusnet, no, and so far as I know, not many other ISPs either, although I seem to recall someone saying it may still be possible with BT?
