Hoping someone from PN will be able to have a look at this for me: Fibre installed and activated today, but according to the view my usage page, ive used 11 gig. Can I request this is reset? As technically, the 40gb was for fibre, and i used the 10.5-11gig whilst on ADSL (billing date is the 11th, fibre installed today, on the 17th) and hadnt been billed the 16.49 for fibre, therefore shouldnt be counted towards the fibre usage (unless im missing something).
