Fibre Order Status

Hi,
I have ordered Fibre for the 16/11/15 over the phone.
I got an email confirming my Engineer callout for that date but nothing since.
No order number or anything with the email.
Can someone please check and confirm my order status?

Sorry that you have not received any update on this order.
From checking your account and through our suppliers I can confirm that your order and engineers appointment is committed for the 16/11/2015 between 8am-1pm.

I'd recommend you get a second opinion. Get someone to check again. I checked like you did but it still turned out the order hadn't been placed with BTOR.
