Hi,
I placed an order on Sunday to migrate from BT Infinity to Plusnet. I've not had any emails since Sunday, and the order status says checking my line.
Should the migration not have been raised with BT by now?

Hi,
My original order had a requested migration date of 23rd September. The order was then given a provisional migration date of 19th September.
The new migration date is now 9th September! I didn't mind moving it a little, but the 9th is quite a bit earlier.
Can this be changed to something close to my original request? I'd selected the 23rd as I still need to pay BT for 30 days and also ensure I'm not working from home on the migration date.
Finally, my order includes a router. My understanding is that plusnet still use openreach modems - when will this be provided if no engineer appointment is needed?
