Our contract is about to end in September , and we want to continue with Plusnet.
A Fantastic Renewal offer (£23.99) email was received on 28th July. On clicking the link, it always leads to a page saying "You're Ahead Of The Game ...You have an order which is currently being processed"..
I believe this is an error/fault. There has been no communication from Plusnet, as would be the case if we really did have an order being processed. Ironically, this is actually preventing us from proceeding with Plusnet's kind renewal offer..
As our current contract ends in September , we are getting desparate to be able to resolve this, and any help from a team member would be most gratefully accepted!

Don't delay, ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632, tell them the offer and that you want to accept it. This number is normally answered quite quickly.
