Hi 

I've had this issue before , the bill was paid yesterday and a staff member from here fixed it . We can't use now tv or any online streaming service at the moment which has rendered our tv useless as its all we use. 

Can someone sort this asap ?

I am very sorry that you are having a problem with our service. From looking into your account it seems like the restrictions was removed this morning. Please can you re test this and let us know if you are still experiencing the problems.
