Failed payment collection

Plusnet is unable to collect my March payment following a change of bank. Direct debit is in place and new bank says the problem is with Plusnet. I am receiving reminders by text but cannot connect to your website or phone system to fix the problem. Please confirm that you won’t cut me off . A new direct debit will be arranged as soon as you are contactable.

Just get your comms back up and running!!!!!!
