once again the failed billing page has still not been fixed , was told a few month ago its a known bug
you do not get the acknowledge and pay later page , so had to wait 20 mins on phone to get back online
samsung 850evo 250gig , WD black 2 TB . Asus Phoebus sound ,
16 gig Avexir ram 2400 , water cooling Corsair H100i gtx ,
Corsair 750HXI Psu , Phanteks Enthoo pro case .

@rongtw Re-reading your post, it looks like you're having problems bypassing the failed billing page and can't get online via your broadband connection?

With the help of @Darkfire we've [or rather, he has] determined that a setting on your account was incorrect. I've disabled and re-enabled your account which has fixed this and should resolve the problem moving forward.
It does unfortunately mean that you'll have to pay the invoice this month over the phone.
I'll be happy to take one for the team and call you back.
