Failed billing screen

trying to use the Internet and it seems to have cut itself off. Outside of the account screen, sometimes the internet works but sometimes it goes black and on the link in the tab it says The account has no invoice in failed billing.
Nothing payment wise has changed at my end I have no idea what has happened
