Failed billing screen?

trying to use the Internet this morning and it seems to have cut itself off. Outside of the plus.net account screen all I seem to be getting is a screen saying ERROR: The account has no invoice in failed billing.
Nothing payment wise has changed at my end nor the billing page sates failed payment I have no idea what has happened
