Failed billing issue?

Hello guys, was just wondering if any admins or mods could remove this form my account? We’ve rang up and they said they can’t take a payment yet? But there’s still restrictions on my account? It’s causing issues, can’t even contact people etc. Would be thankful if it could be solved? Thank you

The Mods on this forum are just customers with no access to your account.
