Failed billing error

Since paying my bill 2 days ago (which was only 2 days late) I keep getting failed billing pop up on the screen and alot of buffering when watching anything. We have turned the router off and back on but it still keeps popping up. Please can someone help get this sorted.

I'm sorry to hear you're seeing this.

Can you switch your router off for 65 minutes letting us know how it goes?
