Failed billing error

I keep getting the Failed billing error on my plus net home page which the payment has been sorted, It tell me to restart my router which I have tried, then I looked to the community for answers and it told me to keep it off for 1hr which I tried also and recently tried keeping it off for a day, still no luck, is there any way it can be looked in to or are they any other solutions I could try.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

I've looked into this for you and I can't see any cause of this.

I am yes, the only place I can go is Billing other than that it just goes to a failed billing screen.

Hi @klutchy84
Sorry to hear that. Can you please restart your router, clear cache and cookies and try again? I did some changes which should resolve this.
