Failed billing acknowledge screen

Why can I never load the failed billing acknowledge and continue screen every time it does not load and never has. I always few days late paying due to different pay dates but always pay yet every month you restrictions my service just day after receiving the email saying pay within 14 days but never get 14 days before you restict my service. Get this stupid problem sorted and if can't get rid of the splash screen that no one can load so they can acknowledge and continue its so frustrating that I may just leave to go with another provider that does not have this ridiculous screen

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues loading the "Acknowledge and continue" splash screen.

 

Does this issue occur across all devices and all Internet browsers?

 

Would there be a better date in the onth for your invoices to be taken if we changed this for you? (or if you changed it via the Member Centre?)
