Failed billing acknowledge and pay later error

No connection failed billing go to acknowledge and pay and yet again that won't load!!!!! Try to live chat oh busy sorry you can't join this is all the time my bill goes out on the 31st!!

Hi @jamesanstee sorry for the delay in picking this up. I've had a look at your account and there doesn't appear to be any restrictions. Can you please confirm whether you are still having this issue and if so provide some more detail so that I can look into it.
