Failed Direct Debit instruction

Hi Plusnet Support,

 
Due to the failed Direct Debit, I want to change the "Payment details" in https://www.plus.net/my.html?action=mybillsandpayments but the "Change payment method" is disabled. I cannot click it to amend the payment details. Please guide me how to proceed. Thank you.

Hi Kenneth,

There’s generally a lag between the notification and the direct direct actually being fully cancelled in the backend billing system so I suspect that’s the reason the change payment method button is greyed out. 

Check back next week and let us know how it looks Smiley
