Failed CC payment and no apparent action to update.

I'm in the process of swithing to fibre,  but the P&P payment for the router failed as my details we out of date.
I updated them Tuesday,  poked ticket #43091207 on Wednesday,  but so far there's been no sign of action .
  (no response to ticket, account still shows payment failed,  no signs on CC of payment being taken)
Can someone confirm whether my router was sent as I'm expecting BT Tuesday morning.

Thanks for the swift action.
I assume as you've had to do this today that there is little chance of the router turning up (3-5 days) before BT do (<2 days)?  Angry
Can I ask why nothing was done about this earlier,  I received an email telling me that I'd updated my details and I assume that  would have shown up internally too.
And even if it didn't how come the update to the ticket was not actioned.
Could you please give those responsible a kick in a suitable area for me.  Wink

The router has been delivered,  now I just need the engineer to turn up..
