Failed Billing web page not allowing connection

Hi i am a few days late to paying my plusnet bill, i have been paid today so i can pay it but unable to contact thru phone as my phone is no longer working. This is all that i get when i try to load the failed billing promt. thanks.

hi i can reach other websites that i already have visited any other site and it gives me the failed billing page that doesn't load i also can't get onto the plusnet webiste itself eithier. I have no other phone i can use as i just have my broken mobile

Do not owrry used a vpn to pay for my overdue bill i can now browse normally thanks you NORD VPN
