Failed Billing Issue

Trying to access my employer's company Intranet which is totally secure and keep getting the message "Failed Billing Issue".. I'm not even up to the 14 day deadline of restriction being placed.  Plus I can't even get into the PlusNet Website to pay my bill!!!!  This is the only way I can contact you!!! Need this sorted asap as have urgent work to do!!!

I've also noticed that my bill has crept up from £31.99 per month to £34.50 per month.

Have been a customer for over 5 years but the issues I've had over the last couple of months are seriously making me consider going elsewhere :-(((
