Failed Billing Error

Hi...I keep getting the failed billing page trying to load which gives you the option to pay later. So after being on the phone to Plusnet twice they assure me my broadband is up and running which it is on some devices but when I try to start up my fire tv stick it won’t connect and Netflix won’t work on any device. The only thing that works is now tv and bbc player. I just don’t understand why the failed billing page won’t fully I’ve done all the usual resetting and restarting my router with no avail

Please help!

Sorry to hear you're having issues.

I've manually removed the restrictions and dropped your connection so you shouldn't have this issue anymore.
