@Gandalf I have a failed billing issue but trying to acknowlege the message to continue browsing but the page is generating the error page account has no invoice have tried leaving the router off but has not fixed this can the restriction please be manually removed.

Come on Plusnet sort this out its getting widespread
samsung 850evo 250gig , WD black 2 TB . Asus Phoebus sound ,
16 gig Avexir ram 2400 , water cooling Corsair H100i gtx ,
Corsair 750HXI Psu , Phanteks Enthoo pro case .

Its getting a bit of a joke it says to contact us online but how am i supposed to do that when the account is restricted cannot even access the live chat due to the account having no invoice error and it seems im not the only one having this issue, Think it maybe time to start looking for an alternative broadband and phone provider .

Finally have the issue resolved after almost 2 hours trying to get through to someone , they know about the error and are looking into it though i dont have much faith in them fixing it anytime soon.

they have been looking at it , from my knowledge for past 3 months ! even then they told me it was a Known Bug
