I've sorted that for you now. Although as discussed previously I've committed to removing the interruption for you as soon as possible once you've let us know it's applied and you can't bypass it, so it's best to send me a private message because this will ensure that I see it and it's dealt with urgently (I get all my PMs emailed to me, I don't always check my notifications bar)

I called yesterday to get block taken off our broadband and was told within 2 hours and some 12 hours later its still there.

 

so looks like the guy i spoke with has not done it so again can you please take of the block please.

Hello there,

Finding it impossible to pay my bill as the plus.net site is blocked, as is plus.net/pay. Most of the internet works as normal but the one site I need is blocked!

New month same problem!!!!!

When are plus net going to fix this problem as its now the 10th month it has happened?
