We've removed the restrictions from your account so you should be able to browse normally.

If you're still having issues please try rebooting your router

I have removed this for you and you should now be able to browse normally. If the browsing restriction is still present please can you reboot your router and get back to us if the issue persists.

Have you paid your bill? That is usually a good fix for this ‘issue’.

However some users report difficulties being able to access the pay now screen or make contact with support to pay over the phone - have you encountered these issues as well?

Many find that having a DD mandate in place makes this problem go away for ever - have you tried that solution?
