Complain with the Ombudsman - seriously this is stupid and they are taking no steps to resolve it

Yet again restrictions have been put on my broadband so can you take them off please.
Why does this keep happening every month after a failed payment?
I am not sure that you are allowed to do it and think you will find you are breaking your contract you have with me and sd loads of people have said on this thread you are not doing anything about it to stop it from happening.

Back again. Can you remove the restrictions again, please. This is just silly now. I have been with plusnet since 2014 and have had very few issues until the new billing was introduced but this is really making me want to switch provider.

Yet again you have blocked me on day 9.
I am sick to death of this happening every few days and now its time i go to Ofcom as you can not keep getting away with it when you know its a problem at your end.
Also i am now going to start charging you £10 each time you do it and take you to the small claims court as we are your customers and its about time we stand up and do something as you seem unable to fix it yourself.
