FTTC account upgrade

Just upgrading to plusnet unlimited from essentials, order screen comfirmed it but cant see it in my account
Could plusnet confirm it will be going to the 80/20 unlimited package from 40/10 essentials package on 2nd feb

Provisioning of your ADSL Account Information
Pending Provisioned Service \'WBC FTTC Annex A 20Mbit/s Up, 80Mbit/s Down, Standard Stability\' added as a part of Account Change process

Hi there,
Just let us know if you have any other questions if you can't find the info you're looking for. FYI we do have an issue at the moment which may mean that you're provisioned at "40/10" speeds. If you notice that you might be affected just let me know and I'll ensure an order is placed to correct that on the next working day.
