Hello Alex,
Could I ask you to please take a look at my new ticket 98375258.
Unfortunately the issues you were helping me with before Christmas remain, and despite receiving a number of letters apologising for the length of time it is taking to deal with my complaint, we seem to keep having more issues rather than resolutions!
If it's easier, I'd be happy to talk to you over the phone to see if we can get everything tied up and resolved once and for all.

Sorry, not quite sure what you mean about there being more information if I look at my account?
There is no update on the ticket, and my access remains restricted through no fault of my own. Alex has been personally dealing with my escalated complaint following continual failings on the part of Plusnet.

Hi Marc,
Alex has clued me up on your situation.
I have removed the invoice, the nag messages should be removed by now.
I must stress that the Direct Debit needs to be set back up now to avoid this £1.50 charge. Moving  forward though, I cannot see there being any further issues with your account.
Let me know if there are any further issues.
