Extra unknown charges on my bill
I have been charge extra 21 pound on my next month bill, I used to pay 5 per month but my new bill came as 26 pound, I was supposed to pay 5 pounds for full 18 months of my contract. Can some one please rectify my bill or call me please as I tried to contact customer service but customer services disconnect my call as they were unable to answer my call. This is really poor service. It is difficult situation for everyone and I am unable to pay extra charges.

When you joined PN they would have sent you a email confirming the cost of the service you agreed to.....what does that email say......unless your contract has ended which is another matter
