Extra charge for Line Rental

I recently upgraded to Unlimited Fibre Extra at a cost £31.99 a month. Line Rental was meant to be included in this package, and the email I received at the time from Plusnet appears to confirm this. 

However, I have just received my first bill, which includes a charge of £5.89 for Line Rental, making my total bill for the month £37.88.

Can someone clarify, please?

Are you sure that the extra is not for a call plan?

My call plan (Line only) is marked as included in the original email I received. Yet, under monthly charges for this first full month's bill various charges are itemised (all of which apart from this add up to £31.99), but Line Rental is marked as £5.89.

When I signed up to this package from Offers and Upgrades, the Plusnet offer stated "includes Line rental".

Hopefully this is now resolved.

I've just come off the phone to Plusnet CS. They have agreed to refund me the line rental charge and will ensure the charge won't appear on future bills.
