Extra 120gb plan

Is it possible one of Plusnet staff could speed up my ticket asking to be moved to the 120gb plan (currently on 60gb Extra)?
I think it said 7-10 working days for a reply, but my billing date is coming up at the start of next month.
Cancelled Sky and streaming a lot more now, gone through about 60gb in the last two weeks now.
