I am a current Plusnet customer and my contract is due to expire on the 27th Feb. I have provided a notice of cancellation of my services for this date. Is there any way of now reinstalling the services until the 11th March?
Also, with regards to billing, is it not the case that we are billed a month in advance? As for the last month of my contract I am being asked to pay for line rental etc for the following month. Surely that is wrong!

Thanks for getting in touch regarding your account.
I can see that you contacted us through live chat yesterday evening regarding this. Unfortunately we are unable to reactivate accounts once they are ceased, if service was required we would need to create a new contract which would come with a new contract. Regarding final invoices as mentioned last night these are worked out within 20 days of your account closing and any refunds are sent back to you accordingly.
