Explanation for payment request when i am no longer a plusnet customer

I am receiving a bill that tells me services are suspended until paid - I am NO longer a customer and have had numerous conversations with plusnet to confirm this . Please explain this before suggesting you will be charging me admin fees on top of a service I am no longer receiving

Hi there, I'm unsure what we've advised when you called but due to the proximity of the payment being due being so close to your transfer to another provider the payment is relevant.

This does not explain why I owe just short of my usual monthly payment for just four days of use

I've had a look into this and I've added a reply onto a support ticket https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=view_question&id=193027687 which I hope helps resolve this.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
