Existing customer deal/offer

 My fibre deal is due to renew this month and not given any offer as a existing customer.

 

I pay £23.50 and only given 50p discount per month for new contract lolzz.

 

Better to move out with other provider and get some cashback also.

 

They don't care about their existing customers.

I'm afraid that we are unable to discuss contracts or discounts on new contracts via the forums, unfortunately. 

 

I would advise getting in contact with our Customer Options team regarding this as they are the department who can provide all relevant information about your ongoing contracts and discounts.
