Currently pay £19.99 a month.

Re: Exisitng Customer - Any deals?

Hi Graham,
I'm pretty certain that we'll be able to better that!
I recommend giving our Customer Options team a call (there's no call at the moment so you'll get straight through).
They're available on 08000132632 or 03301239197.
Hope this helps.

Re: Exisitng Customer - Any deals?

It must be done over the phone unfortunately. I have just tried calling you on your mobile and landline to bypass the IVR system and transfer you straight through.
I am certain that there's no queue at the moment, although it may say up to 15 minutes. Feel free to let me know if you want to try ringing again Smiley

Re: Exisitng Customer - Any deals?

Hi Matty
Thanks for connecting me so quick, unfortunately unless i take the phone line with you, (still in contract with BT), the best discount would only be £2.50 a month, I was expecting to be offered like i have seem elsewhere on the forums £11 or £12 a month  Wink

Hi apollo1 Smiley
We can generally do our best deals when you have phone with us, I hope when your contract with BT expires you'll consider joining us for phone too!

Re: Exisitng Customer - Any deals?

I have just contacted BT and to my surprise i am now out of contract Smiley
May have to call again to see what deal i can get
International calling is a must, Plusnet offer 300 minutes for £7, BT is £6.20 for 600 mins.

Re: Exisitng Customer - Any deals?

I'm not sure if you need UK Anytime calls along with the International minutes, so that might be how BT's package works out cheaper, but I think (Correct me if I'm wrong) the £6.20 BT charge for the 600 international minutes is an add-on on top of the call plan price (£7.50 for UK Anytime), whereas the £7 we charge includes UK Anytime calls  Wink

Re: Exisitng Customer - Any deals?

Hi
I currently pay the following to BT
Unlimited Weekend Plan     £16.99                         Inclusive calls to UK landlines all weekend
International Freedom          £6.20
Total £23.19

Plusnet
Line Rental                       £15.95
Anytime International         £7        (300 mins)
Caller ID                            £0.99   ( would prefer this to be free rather than have voicemail)
Total £23.94
Actually better off as anytime calls, plus if  i can reduce my broadband bill from £19.99 a monthy (fibre unlimited) to say £11 ? even for a 18 or 24 month contract Wink Grin
Have to double check with BT about my contract as i have an email that says i started a new contract when i got free caller ID for 12 months.

** Just contacted BT again , i'm in contract on the line rental until Mid October so will change over then, I asked BT the other day to check but they said no contracts on my line, good job i double checked
