Error: you have an order which is currently being processed

I have annoying messages on my account saying:
"An error has occurred
You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later."
and:
"You're ahead of the game
You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later."
This doesn't let me to check the deals you are offering for broadband contract renewal and upgrade before the current contract expires.
Please urgently fix that, as I didn't make any order since I joined Plusnet 16 months ago contrary to what the messages are saying.

I just wanted to renew my contract as it's reaching its end in one month.
Since no reply, I will then change the broadband to another internet provider.

I'm very sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused you and that your previous post wasn't picked up. I've made a change to your account to resolve this problem and you should now be able to renew your contract if you so choose.

I have the same problem!!! As far as I know I have no outstanding orders as my phone was ported over to you 2 years ago and has been working fine since so why is there this message
