Error while paying bill

Hello Plusnet

I tried to pay my bill yesterday afternoon while doing so on the Visa Validation page it timed out. I checked my bank to see the payment has been taken.

I have not gotten a payment email so my account is still offline.

Here is the prove it has gone out of my bank
