My contract expires in a few days, I went to look at "Offers and Upgrades" and got the following error message
Sorry, something went wrong
Fixed! Go to the fix.

It's not fixed here and hasn't been working for weeks. I'll be off to another provider if Plusnet are so incompetent.

Be careful what you assume.
Typically this condition arises due to a service request or order on the account, placed with BT Openreach not having had a proper completion notification sent by BTOR to Plusnet.
Have you notified support of the issue specifically in respect of your account?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
