Hi,
I'm trying to renew my fibre contract but every time I click through It presents the message:
An error has occurred You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later.
Or the message:-
You're ahead of the game
You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later.
Can you resolve this issue?

Thanks for getting in touch.
Apologies for the message you're getting on the Member Centre, I appreciate the frustration.
If you're trying to change your product or renew, the message is basically advising you still have time left on your existing contract, even if the contract is due to expire in a short while. The system is therefore not allowing you to change or add anything at present.
I'd suggest speaking to our Customer Options Team to renew, on 0800 0800 013 2632 between the following hours:
Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00
Saturday: 09:00 - 19:00
Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00
If you have any difficulties and require a callback from them, please come back to me.

I phoned customer services and your team were able to sort the issue and renew my contract for me.
